All products at Introezy Studio are digital downloads — no physical items are shipped. Because digital files are instantly accessible, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your purchase is complete.

If you experience an issue with your download (such as a corrupted file or trouble accessing it), please reach out within 7 days of purchase. We’ll gladly help you re-access your files or resend the correct download link.
